VILLA MIMOSA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This single-storey detached villa exudes peace and serenity. Upon entering, the atmospherically furnished villa by the Dutch owners immediately creates a welcoming feeling. Take a dip in the private swimming pool (kidney-shaped 8m x 4m x 2m) or enjoy cooking in the lovely outdoor kitchen. Fancy a beach day? The delightful sandy beach of Moraira is just 2.6 km away. From here, you can walk straight into the charming Spanish village with various delicious restaurants and bars.
LAYOUT VILLA MIMOSA
Villa Mimosa is suitable for six people and is entirely ground floor. The cosy living room has air conditioning, TV with Dutch channels, pellet stove, dining area and seating area. From here you can easily walk into the kitchen which is equipped with dishwasher, combination microwave, 4-burner hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The villa has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have a double bed (160 x 200), window screens and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 has an extendable bed of 160-200 cm, en suite bathroom, air conditioning and window screens. There are two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a shower, toilet, double washbasin and hairdryer. Bathroom 2 (en suite) has a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also wifi, a washing machine, a dryer and heating. The property has recently been fitted with solar panels.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA MIMOSA
Villa Mimosa has a spacious swimming pool with 6 sun loungers. The pool is 8 x 4 m and slopes from 110 cm to 210 cm. From the cosy covered private terrace, you have a view over the swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings. On the other side of the terrace, you will find the outdoor kitchen with sink, bar and built-in charcoal barbecue. This villa also has an outdoor shower. The very spacious private parking area has space for three cars.

- In the period from July through August, we maintain a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week, however your booking must connect to previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of €350,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To manage the settlement of the deposit in a proper manner, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well in advance of arrival. Deduction only occurs in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Mimosa is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. The house is heated via pellet stove and air conditioning with heating function. Gas costs are € 35 per week, if consumption exceeds 1 gas bottle per week, then you will pay the excess consumption on site. A bag of pellet granules is available in the area for approximately € 9 per bag. In the winter months, 75 kWh (electricity) per week is included, with additional consumption (via meter) costing € 0.40 per kWh. Winter rental is possible for 2 or 3 weeks in the period from 1 November to 31 March. Winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation fees, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
