The Cal Park Hill Pathway - connecting you to downtown San Rafael, the Larkspur Ferry Terminal, and two SMART stations - is two blocks away. World-class hiking and mountain biking, scenic drives out to West Marin, and the shops and restaurants of Fourth Street are close by as well.

Pick up some local produce at the Marin Civic Center's legendary farmers market (four miles), and prepare homemade meals in a chic kitchen with new stainless steel appliances.
