Big bedroom with queen sized bed with a private balcony. The bathroom and shower area is shared as is the kitchen. Ideal for a couple or friends who are discovering the magnificent city of Lisbon. Our apartment is located right in the heart of the city close to mini markets, restaurants, cafes, historical monuments and tourist sites. It is located on the fourth floor and does not have an elevator.

Summary: Overall I was happy with some aspects but not others. The original room we booked was double booked so we were downgraded to a smaller room. We were given the option to have the smaller room for the full stay or have the smaller room for two nights and then move to a different hostel. For the price I was happy as we were offered a 50% refund by Catarina who was friendly and helpful. I wish someone was there when we checked in to at least show us around and let us know where things are such as toilets and showers. We had an evening of the power going on and off for about an hour which was annoying. I would improve the beds as they are very uncomfortable and replace the fan in the room which was broken. It was great value for the price we ended up paying so anyone who is travelling on a budget, this would be perfect if you’re willing to accept the place isn’t 5 star. Thank you
