St. Teresa beach is a private and secluded white sandy beach. All of the homes are private family homes - no hotels or apartments. The Cochran Beach house is located on the site of the first home built on St. Teresa because it was and is the most beautiful location on the beach. The water is 100 feet away - right out the front door.
The home consists of one floor, a large main family room with open newly remodeled kitchen with three bedrooms off the main room. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a master bath with a large free standing tub, walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. It has French doors that open to the front screened porch and the ocean. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the main/family room. The front bedroom features a full size bed and also has French doors that open to the front porch and the ocean. The third bedroom has twin beds. A newly remodeled full bath is between both bedrooms. The main family room also has a sleeper sofa double bed.
The front porch is screened and runs the entire length of the home. A perfect place to relax and listen to the water, take a nap (swinging hammock provided) or watch the kids play in the water and on the beach.
The property includes a cottage with a full bedroom with a full size bed, a sleeper sofa, and a bathroom with shower in a detached building. The room includes a small refrigerator, personal coffee maker, a flat screen TV, with internet connectivity. If renters choose to us the cottage there is an additional $75 cleaning fee.
Additional amenities of the property include: outdoor hot and cold water shower, and a screened in fish cleaning porch also with running water. We have 2 adult and 1 child sit on top kayaks, and 1 paddle board for renters use.
The fishing on and around St Teresa Beach is excellent.
We rent for a minimum of 7 days with check-in/check-out on Saturdays.
