This beautiful home is best suited for adults and located on an ocean bluff boasting spectacular views! Sea Ranch boasts miles of Bluff Trail, sandy and rocky beaches, three recreation centers, and the Sea Ranch Golf Links. From this home, you can walk to the lodge or down to Black Point Beach - or simply relax in the shared pool. For safety reasons, it is advised that guests staying in this home be 16 years of age or older.
This light, bright getaway is elegantly decorated to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience. The living room has high ceilings with windows covering the wall facing the ocean. Cozy seating is positioned around the wood-burning fireplace, and a sliding glass door leads outside to the private deck where guests can sit back and share a bottle of wine.
The chef's kitchen is well-appointed with white appliances, gorgeous marble countertops, lots of light cabinets, and a dishwasher, coffeemaker, and microwave. The breakfast bar is lined with stools to provide additional seating.
Up to six guests will have plenty of space and comfort in three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The main suite has a king bed, its own fireplace, a private deck, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The second and third rooms are each spacious and share a bathroom - one room has a comfy queen bed. There is another bedroom downstairs with a California king, beautiful ocean views, and an adjacent bathroom.
This home has WiFi access, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a great stereo system for epic movie nights. Guests will have access to a full washer/dryer, and the home's expansive deck wraps around the back and side of the home - sit outside with your morning coffee, or watch the sunset from the private hot tub as you soak all your cares away.
Enjoy an eclectic array of shops, art galleries, and restaurants in Gualala (about 10 miles north) and the surrounding community. Watch for whales right outside your rental, or head down to the beach to watch the waves roll in. Places for hiking, kayaking, and mountain biking are plentiful near this Northern California gem.
