Welcome to No Agenda Hacienda, it's the perfect vacation home for your next family reunion or large party. This enormous six-bedroom, five-bathroom with its own private pool (pool heater optional) has everything for your convenience and comfort! The three levels of this home, allows you and your family to spread out and not be cramped. It's a super short walk (a quarter of a mile) to the beach with a board walk access to the beach.
The first (bottom floor) has a kitchenette, game room with shuffle board, bunk room with 4 full size bunk beds, utility room with washer/dryer/full bath and access to the garage and the pool. The second floor (middle floor) is the main area, it has a full kitchen, large living area & dining, two king bed bedrooms and two baths. The third floor (top floor) has a living area, kitchenette, washer/dryer, one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and another large room with 4 full size bunk beds and two baths. Also, there are three separate balconies with furniture to enjoy those coastal breezes and views!
The open floor plan and warm décor of this home invite you to relax and unwind. The renovated chef's kitchen is large and includes all the equipment you'll need to whip up gourmet meals; from air fryer, blenders, crock pot, griddle, toaster, several coffee pots, etc. There is plenty of space for your guest to enjoy those meals at two dining tables that seat 10 guest each.
The main den has comfortable furniture to snuggle up and enjoy some television time. There are lots of items supplied for convenience of bringing the little ones such as Pack-n-play, bottle warmer, sound machine, child size dishes and retractable gates at the stairs for safety.
After a long and fun-filled day, you'll find beautifully appointed bedrooms including very nice pillows and bedding. If you are not ready for bed, there are lots of books and games for all ages to enjoy. Or you can gather in the game room to play some shuffle board. Lots of things to do to help make some great memories.
For that outside year round pool enjoyment, a pool heater was added in 2022. It is optional ($100 a day). If you choose to use the pool heater, please notify the management company beforehand, in order for it to be turned on before arrival, it does take a while to heat up. The heater is designed to keep the pool water temperature between high 80 to low 90 degrees. Please bring your own beach/pool towels, it's one of the few items we don't supply.
Additional amenities include; parking for seven vehicles, towels and linens, barbecue grills, lots of pool & sand toys in the garage, Silver Sands concierge service. There is also a community pool and hot tub within the subdivision. Golf carts are available to rent.
