Additionally, we have recently installed a tankless water heater, guaranteeing that you will never run out of hot water. Unlike traditional water heater tanks that are limited by their size, a tankless water heaters can provide a continuous supply of hot water for your entire family.
Check in is anytime after 4 pm. The entrance door is equipped with a keypad for easy, self check-in and access during your stay.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS. No birthday parties or daytime kids' birthday parties as well. This neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, and the houses are located close together. I want to be considerate of my neighbors, not allow any gatherings, and take up neighborhood parking spaces. Please do not ask for an exception. This house is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and tea. The kitchen is equipped with cups, plates, pots, frying pans, and cooking utensils. However, the kitchen is not supplied with cooking oil, butter, olive oil, condiments, etc. Not providing these items help keep the kitchen extremely clean for every new guests. The only seasoning that is provided is the salt and pepper.
