This luxurious Tiny Floating Cottage (TFC) has everything vacationers will need to relax in style on the water in South Haven Michigan. It can sleep up to six people and boasts a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a smart TV. There is a bunk room with two twin-size beds and in the living room an IKEA fold-out sleeper sofa. Fullyequipped Bathroom with stand up shower.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and a coffeemaker. The TFC is air-conditioned in the summer and heated during the winter to ensure guests are comfortable no matter the outside climate. There is a sectional sofa to kick back on in the living area, a 60" smart TV and a coffee table that opens to a full-size kitchen table that provides seating for guests to socialize after a day of exploring SOHA. Towels and linens are provided.
The Aqua Vista has a large roof deck accessible via a spiral staircase that makes for the perfect place to relax and take in the sights. The roof deck is partially covered and furnished with sectional couches, a table and chaise lounges. Guests will be able to enjoy the stunning views afforded in all directions and overlooking the marina basin. There is a small deck off the master bedroom facing the marina basin and there is also a covered patio with furniture and a gas grill located on shore adjacent to the slip.
This unique TFC rental resides on the Black River, perfect for a wonderful weekend getaway or a vacation of exploring the stunning Lake Michigan coast. This TFC is located at Woodland Harbor Marina, part of the Harbor Club Resort and Marina, offering a full resort experience. Summary: First- I have to say, I have always given 5 star reviews for places we’ve stayed, this is my first below. We know it matters, and don’t take these lightly. The house on the water was cute in concept, we were really looking forward to our stay. It was fairly clean, although a bit weathered from use. When we arrived, we were surprised to find multiple flies inside the unit. We didn’t equate them to the bathroom until day two. By the end of the second day, the raw sewage and concentrated urine odor, along with an increase in flies, became almost unbearable despite the room deodorizer and fly traps we bought while there. We did our best to manage the experience- staying outside when we could, or away from the boat with activities. Location was about a 10 min drive to the beach/restaurants/downtown area.
