Guest Access:
Access is down 15 stairs, then through the pool gates and down a long side path to the back of the main house. (see photo of side path).
Street parking is easy, not metered or restricted and plenty of it, except sometimes harder on hot summer Saturday & Sundays (November to February only).
Guest are only to use the studio & courtyard directly outside studio, other areas of the private residence is off limits.
Things to note
- Host will have limited interaction with guests, only when needed.
- We have children so you may hear them from time to time.
- It property is strictly for 2 people only, no other guests to come to the residence unless otherwise agreed
