If desired the Cottage may be rented but only by same person renting the main home and there can be no subleasing. In other words it could be rented for your parents or in- laws, or childcare helper. The fee for the cottage would be an extra fee of $1500 per month, with a maximum of 2 people and absolutely no pets.
