The duplex is in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from University Park Shopping Center which houses TJ Maxx, Waterfront Seafood, the new Brazil Terra Grill Steakhouse. It's also a few blocks from Starbucks, Cool Basil, Kohls and SO many more shopping and eating opportunities.
