Positive: The location was excellent — close to the beach and in a lovely neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler box, and the fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances made it easy to cook on the go. The rooftop terrasse with barbecue was amazing too.

Negative: The house is listed as an “entire property,” which is misleading — it’s actually a three-unit building. The apartment had very poor soundproofing, and we could clearly hear the neighbors both behind us and below. The most frustrating issue was the AC system. The ground-floor and second-floor apartments share the same unit. Even though our AC was switched off, it constantly ran because of the ground-floor apartment. This made our apartment uncomfortably cold and extremely noisy, as the air intake station was located right on our floor. The sound was comparable to standing next to a lawnmower, making a good night’s sleep impossible.
