This oversized beach house is in the PERFECT LOCATION. Both location and parking are HUGE factors when visiting downtown Huntington Beach. Being so close to the beach there's zero parking anywhere within 10 blocks of downtown so being in a walkable location is premium. All of the shops and restaurants are on Main St. which is 4th St. so while you don't want to be too close to the noise, you'll still want to be close enough to walk. Be careful not to rent too far from downtown as it can be a long walk and you won't find parking. This huge custom beach house is located on 7th and Orange which is only 3 short blocks from the ocean and all of the shops and restaurants on Main St. and Pacific City. We have 2 open garage spots and an open spot behind the garage for guests so once you get here you can park and walk to everything. You won't even need a bike. We have virtually everything you'll need to enjoy the beach from body boards to coolers to Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and a convenient sand wagon to carry it all in.
Built on an oversized lot, this beach house is a one of kind downtown that is 50% wider than your typical home. You won't find this type of open concept in other downtown homes. All 3 bedrooms have their own private bathroom and walk in closets. 2 of the bathrooms have double vanities. There are also 2, half bathrooms. One located on the main floor and the other on the stunning rooftop patio. The gourmet kitchen has all new Thermador appliances. A large built in outdoor BBQ grill. There are new Samsung 4k smart TV's throughout the house. A laundry room with a new Samsung front load washer and dryer. Last but not least the nicest rooftop patio in downtown Huntington Beach. So much to list, I'll let the pictures do the talking!
90% or more of the homes downtown and the listings you will see are what the locals call "tall and skinny's" due to their architecture. They are very long and narrow and do not provide for an open concept. They are all approx. 2,800sf as that is the maximum size for these types of homes.
