Summary: Not clean. Glad we had not planned on staying several days and brought food. Freezer part of frig was nearly full of frost. Old open box of popsicles (I think) in the freezer. Some other food items in frig. Toilet room floor was wet and had a large fan in it to, I guess, try to dry it - not sure if it was water or ? Gallery was cluttered. No internet - when I texted the owner, he provided the login name and password. The login name did not appear in iphone list of networks. His text further said, reception is "flakey in the boat. If you really need reception come closer to the restaurant." So I guess the boat doesn't have its own router - they use the restaurant at the marina. Should not advertise that features include wireless internet. The owner said his wife just had a baby so we give you some slack for that. On plus side, it is a nice marina, good restaurants, close to activity and beach.
