Enjoy our outdoor deck and take less than 100 steps to the private beach on the shores of Lake Erie with a great view of the downtown Buffalo skyline. This property includes central air-conditioning, three-parking spots and washer/dryer.

Our home was renovated and remodeled in 2021. Our bedrooms are situated with one king-size guestroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs: (1) king-size guestroom with lakeview and (1) double-size trundle with full-size crib guestroom. Both floors have a full bathroom.
Guests have the entire home and property to themselves. NOTE: This home is perfect for families, friends' weekends or easy couples getaways in mind. This property is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. We have a family-oriented neighborhood that tends to be quiet after 10PM.
