Our beautiful open sunny home is family and fur friendly with a fenced backyard and a lot of outdoor space for kids and pets to play. Our home is in a new estate and centrally located to shops, restaurants, cafes and only a short drive to the beach. Our home has all the comforts to make it feel like your home away from home including 2 lounge areas, an open kitchen and options to eat as a family.
**WE ARE IDEALLY LOCATED NEAR STUNNING WEDDING VENUES ALONG THE SOUTH COAST OF NSW**
Our 3 bedroom home has 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 room with a Queen bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom also has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a tri-bunk which is the perfect house for your Family.
There is a comfortable room to watch movies as a family and choose to eat in the dining room or outside.
Our home is open plan so you won`t miss anything while cooking either in the kitchen or a BBQ.
You may be asked to move dates slightly over Peak season to work in with our cleaners. Thank you in advance 🙏
You are welcome to use anything in/around our home (with the exception of the garage which is locked).

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. 3 mins to closest shops, cafes and restaurants.
7 mins to Nowra Centre, 9 mins to Shoalhaven Hospital, 12 mins to Greenwell Point - fishing spot, 18 mins to Callala and Culburra Beach, 20 mins to Huskisson, and 26-mins drive to the famous Hyams Beach.
All guests permitted at this premise;
- No parties or schoolies to be held at our property
- No smoking anywhere inside the house, at the alfresco, and front porch
- Respect neighbours and come inside by 10 pm
PET RULES
- We accept up to 2 dogs under 10 kg each, low-shedding and fully house-trained.
- No pets are allowed on our furnishings, please. We recommend that guests bring your own pet bed or use the one we provide.
- Because we frequently have pets, all pet guests must be fully vaccinated.
- Please do not wash dog beds, blankets, or items in the washing machine to prevent clogging drains.
- Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended
- Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s health, safety, and behaviour during their entire stay in and outside the house.
