All wiring and plumbing has been replaced and upgraded to code. The home is perfect for extended families or multiple families who would like to vacation together. The rooms are very large and comfortable; there are five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. A patio and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold running water to rinse off the salt and sand when you return from your trips to the beach are for the exclusive use of this 2nd floor unit. High speed wireless internet and 3 wireless flat screen TV's are included. TVs have Hulu Premium with all local and cable channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We also provide at least 4 beach tags for use during your stay. Park your car and save your gas for the ride home! . Three parking passes are included.for your convenience.
Within a short walk is a great pizza shop, ice cream shops, a deli, good restaurants and shopping.
Enjoy the evening breezes on our front porch, or relax in the privacy of our back patio, complete with gas grill. On the boardwalk at the end of Plymouth Place (between 7th and 8th) is the water park and a convenient café if you prefer to take some time off from cooking. A short walk down the Boardwalk brings you to other amusements, shopping, and a multitude of other eateries. The Ocean City Tabernacle is just 2 blocks away, and other churches are also within walking distance. Within 6-8 blocks is the bay with fishing charters, boat and jet ski rentals, and crabbing.
