Positive: Owner met me at the property to give the door code
Negative: First, the owner charged me a $204 cleaning fee and upon arrival we found instructions for how to complete mandatory checkout cleaning, otherwise there was a threat of additional charges to my credit card - strip beads, carry laundry downstairs, empty trash cans, wash dishes, put dishes away, place specific items in specific places. We did 1/2 the cleaning. I deserve a partial refund on the cleaning charge. Beds were absolute ROCK HARD to sleep on. Please invest in better mattresses. Not enough pillows. No throw blankets for lounging on the couch. Only a couple of extra rolls of bath tissue. No extra paper towels. Lovely home but lacking in some ways, we all woke up with backs hurting, and unfair cleaning charge for the work you have to do upon check out.
Summary: Nice but needs some consideration.
