Enjoy the pond for kayaking, swimming, and fishing(2 kayaks are provided). Relax on the 40' deck facing the pond and barbecue on Weber stainless steel grill. Inside the house, there are two 65", 4K TV's, one on each floor with multi channel cable and Wi Fi, a competition quality Ping Pong table, PS4 Pro for gaming and entertainment, and variety of old fashioned board games. There are two bedrooms on upper floor each with a queen size bed and a family room and kitchen and a full bathroom. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with queen size bed, a family room with a sectional and sleeping couch, a full bathroom, and a den with sleeping coach. Both floors have sliding doors to outside with views of the pond. Two bedrooms have water views and one bedroom has cranberry farm views.
