This newly renovated studio apartment has gorgeous panoramic views of Torrey Pines State Reserve, Peñasquitos Lagoon and the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the scenery from your windows, private balcony, and large deck. Located in a residential neighborhood, it's a short walk to a coffee shop, 4 restaurants, and Torrey Pines State Beach. Nearby Torrey Pines State Reserve has miles of trails. for every ability. Drive 2 miles north to the seaside village of Del Mar or hop on the I-5 or 56 freeways to easily access within minutes all that beautiful San Diego has to offer.
The studio is bright and airy; windows and skylights provide lots of natural light but black out shades provide darkness when you want to sleep in. We've tried to provide everything we like in a home-away-from home! The modern kitchen has what's generally needed to prepare, cook and store food, but if there's an additional appliance you like to use, we're happy to lend it. The furnishings are contemporary, and we're told that the bed and bath linens are especially comfy. Washer and dryer are on property. Store your golf clubs, bike or surf/paddle board in the secure garage. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are provided, and there is an outdoor shower to wash off sand. Off-street driveway parking spot is included.
The studio is located above our detached garage. You access it by entering our shared, enclosed courtyard, then have one flight of stairs to your front door and private deck. Motion detector lights illuminate your way after dark.

All these occurrences are commonplace in coastal Del Mar; we hope they won't impact your stay with us.
