A short 25 minute drive to most areas of Erie and about an hour and half from Buffalo New York.
Spacious home with a sleeping loft with 4 twin beds, 2 bedrooms on the main floor and another family room on the bottom floor with a sleeper sofa. Vaulted ceilings, 2 1/2 baths plus a 1 1/2 car garage to bring all your toys with you. We accept 2 pets maximum with an xtra deposit. Room to park a boat!
