A huge garage, lots of driveway, parking on the street and a nice quiet backyard. Arizona Trust Land is the backyard and perfect for hiking. This home has a steep driveway. Flat parking for 3 vehicles at the top of driveway. Personal watercraft, small boats and trailers can pull in or back in to the side of the house. Larger boats , motorhomes and trailers can legally park in front of the house on the street. There are wheel chocks and safety cones in the garage. We have WiFi! TVs are set up for streaming!
