The villa is located only a 10 minute walk (3 minutes driving) from the main town and less than a 10 minute drive to Oludeniz famous for its Blue Lagoon beach. The villa is detached and spacious and has been furnished, maintained and decorated to a high standard throughout. Air conditioning throughout. The accommodation is spread out over three floors and comprises of four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs is an open plan living room/dining and kitchen with a downstairs toilet. There are three good size bedrooms on the first floor, two of which share a large terrace boasting fantastic pool and mountain views. The third floor has a large bathroom with shower.
