It kills viruses, bacteria, and mold. We spent a great deal of time reading feedback and improving this home over the last few months. I have taken back over the management of the house this year. This is a great family vacation home! Bring all the kids and pets to this one. Extra bonus sleeping area in the loft area on the futon. The third floor has a master bedroom (queen size bed) and loft area and futon. Second Floor living area opens out to nice deck with a fantastic view. The first level has a master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 large bedrooms each with 2 sets of bunk beds. The house is four houses back from the ocean on a quite dead end road. There is lots of room for parking. PET FRIENDLY HOME
