Summary: The check-in process was a bit scary, as it was not clear how it would be done until the last minute. Our host did meet us right on time however. Make sure you have a working cell phone. The bathroom on board is for urine only, for the rest you have to go ashore. That it was necessary for showering was clear from the reservation, so that wasn't bad. We knew it would be more like camping. The bed is not comfortable. The boat does have amenities, like a cooking spot, coffee maker, mini-fridge and electricity, as well as running water and a radiator for coo nights. The location is nice, staying on a boat does have a "cool" factor, and it was a convenient 10 min walk from the Convention Center for us. Overall, we'd stay again. It is a good value for the price, in an expensive city.
