One of the bathrooms has a clawfoot tub with pedestal sink, the second bathroom is a Jack and Jill to two of the bedrooms and has a shower. Both are nicely remodeled.
The home is ideally located at the top of Beach Hill, with a very short walk (2- 3 minutes) to the beach/wharf or about ten minutes to downtown. Nice backyard and small upstairs back deck.
Tandem parking for up to two large cars in driveway + 1 parking permit for street.
