Positive: We could not fault the cruise. The staff were absolutely excellent. The food was delicious and the presentation and service was 5 star. The cruise manager Ms Phuc was fantastically helpful and the friendly. The chef was absolutely outstanding. The waiters, Wendy, Willie, Duke and Huang and the massage ladies Lien and Hyong were extremely efficient and very well trained and gave top level service. As you can see we were very satisfied with our cruise and would recommend it and the Heritage Lines to any of our friends who want to plan a cruise in HaLong Bay

Negative: We had no complaints at all. The internet reception was rather intermittent but we were after all in the middle of HaLong Bay, so it was quite surprising that we had any internet at all.

Summary: A wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended
