On the main level, the living area features a large wood burning fireplace constructed with native stone. The 50" ultra-high definition TV is equipped with Apple TV, soundbar and wifi for streaming your favorite apps. Adjacent the living room, the open kitchen is a cook's dream, with solid wood cabinets, stone countertops, stainless appliances including range, refrigerator, an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffeemaker, toaster and all cookware and serving pieces you need. There's room for six at the dining table plus three at the breakfast bar. Or you can fire up the charcoal grill and dine outside as you take in the view from the wrap around screened porch with fans and comfy seating or from the stone patio, enjoying the peace and quiet of Mentone.
