Where will I be?
Jewel of Gerroa is located on the corner of Headland Drive and Riverleigh Avenue, with parking for vehicles off either street. It has an elevated position with amazing views of Seven Mile Beach. Gerroa Beach, the Crooked River estuary and the famous Blue Swimmer Cafe are within very easy walking distance of the house. Gerringong town is a seven minute drive away, or Berry - 15 minutes.

How is the property laid out?
Jewel of Gerroa is a two level home. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath and a large living area that flows onto a wide balcony. The kitchen is also on this level with views to die for. It is is equipped with a coffee machine that is compatible with Aldi Expressi pods. The lower level has a large fourth bedroom, additional bathroom with internal laundry, a rumpus room for kids, kitchenette and a secure back courtyard.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property does have complimentary wifi, however there can be no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
What about outdoors?
Jewel of Gerroa has a wide balcony, secure back courtyard, some lawn areas and dual driveways - one off Headland Drive and one off Riverleigh Avenue.
Staying warm or keeping cool!
Jewel of Gerroa has reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area for comfort during winter and summer. There are also ceiling fans in the open plan kitchen and living area, and the house can be opened up to catch any sea breeze. For the cooler months, the house has an additional 2 portable heaters.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is enough parking for one car on the driveway off Headland Drive, and two cars on the driveway off Riverleigh Avenue.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Jewel of Gerroa is pet friendly, however please note:
- bring your own dog bedding please
- please clean up after your dog
- any damages or excess cleaning will result in extra charges
Is there any special information I should know about?
Please be aware that there are external security cameras at the entry points to the house. This will not impact your privacy at all and is purely for security purposes when the house is vacant.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
