Summary: The property is well appointed, well located. Beautiful, stunning views over the lake. Nicely stocked with Nespresso pods, tea, chocolate and thoughtfully provided "starter snack" packs like Cheez-its.The layout and pictures are 100% accurate. The towels may be the softest, most absorbent bath towels on the planet. The issue we ran into before arrival is that the co-host reached out and said the refrigerator is not working and there was a very small dorm size refrigerator provided. No repair person was available during our stay, which was Thursday- Sunday. This same thing is stated in someone else's review in 2024 so it is not a new problem. The refrigerator needs to be replaced if it has malfunctioned in the past.We come to the greater Erie area at least once per year to go fishing. We need to freeze the fish to get it home to greater Philadelphia. We fly into town. There was no place to get dry ice. We proactively went to a neighbor who let us put the fish in his freezer. Tenants need to have a working full size refrigerator and freezer. If Raymond and Ricardo get a new full size fridge and freezer it's a 10, It is a 10 and we would definitely come back every year.
