Positive: This is an older facility but it is maintained very well. The beach access is great!! Right out your back door. We had one day when the electricity was off for a couple hours in the whole complex but it was restored pretty quickly. There were 3 of us that stayed and we had plenty of room. Loved the screened porch. We stayed here for easy access to my older daughter’s place on Longboat Key so the location was ideal. A grocery and pharmacy are very close. The pool is small, but well maintained with lounge chairs. This property met our needs very well.

Summary: Great location, well maintained and right on the beach.
