Upper Apartment- Spacious living area.
You'll be staying in the upper apartment , whichoffers a comfortable living area cooled by a refreshing ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven with grill, fridge and freezer, filter and espresso coffee machines and all the cookware and ovenware you'll need.
The french doors provide access to the spacious , partly covered terrace with seaview on the southside.
Adjacent is the housewing with three big bedrooms, a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet.
All bedrooms have a lot of closet space and comfortable beds (3 boxsprings). An optional baby/toddler bed is for free.
Two bedrooms give access to the upper terrace with seaview. Two have airconditioning, one refreshing ventilators.
At the ground floor you can use the garage. In it you’ll find a washing machine and powder, also beach and pool utensils. All at your disposal.
Next to the garage is a private apartment, which is not in use during your stay.
The spacious ground terrace in front of the house is all yours.
At a short (less than 3 km) distance of your holiday home is an authentic tavern in Evangelismos and two Greek restaurants (Apolafsi and Meraki) in Kamaria. They offer delicious meals.
Pleasant and lively Finikounda with a nice harbour is at 6km (10 minutes by car). There are many different little shops and a good supermarket. Besides of that a lot of taverns, bars, coffeeshops.
Beautyful Mavrovounia beach is right below at the sea.
