On the 2nd floor you will find a large kitchen and tv/family room. The family room has a large front deck with seating. Off the kitchen is a balcony overlooking the in-ground heated pool and hot tub.
The third floor has a master bedroom and bathroom with a front deck overlooking the beach. On the same floor you will find another large bedroom with a bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool.
Up onto the fourth floor you will find 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a deck overlooking the ocean and the other a balcony overlooking the pool.
