The unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with island, washer/dryer, central A/C and ceiling fans, flat screen TVs with cable and WiFi in living room and master bedroom suite. Balcony, outdoor shower and grill, off street parking for 2 cars. and 6 beach badges (as long as is available), backyard with covered patio.
