Summary: House is large and lots of space for people to sleep. We had 10 guys stay up at the property and there was more than enough space - living room has lots of couches and chairs too. Property is also large with a basketball net, lots of outdoor space and a fire pit. Great restaurants nearby. Would recommend the Grand River Chop House for dinner and Angels Diner for breakfast. The basement is not finished and there is a section of the house by the garage that is also not finished but more than enough livable space that you don’t need to go in these areas (other than there is a bedroom in the basement that is finished that we used and it was nice having a second fridge in the garage area). Recommend to host that they add a couple more items for the kitchen and put a note in the one bathroom that the shower is backwards (turn handle to cold for hot water). Place could use a few touch-ups but we had a great stay. Host was great and very responsive to messages. Thanks!
