Summary: Clean, comfortable, houseboat with solid room for 2 adults, 2 tweens, and a 47 lb dog. Beautiful views and convenient location right on the Rehoboth Bay. The primary hiccup... a stormy night that intensely rocked the houseboat so much we had to evacuate. Travel insurance did not cover the hotel expense for that night. So understand the potential risk... but it is a super cool place to stay so maybe it's worth it.
