This 80’ houseboat located at Cedar Grove Maria on Norris Lake, New TAZEWELL TN was voted best fantasy houseboat. It will be static (in place) throughout its rental. It is equipped with fresh water and electric. It is located on the catwalk. Cedar Grove marina rents pontoons as well as I have a pontoon and/jet ski to rent separately. These rentals are only available to those guests rents the houseboat.
Please note, this houseboat will not be motorized or moved from its location during rental. This serves as a floating house at Cedar Grove Marina. Downstairs is a queen bedroom along with a hidden children’s room (see picture), main floor has a master queen bedroom, and a second queen room along with two full bathrooms, washer/dryer. There is both front and back covered porches with grills and a firepit. Upper deck is equipped with a wet bar, lounge chairs, refrig, table, and Hottub. With slide.
