It begins the moment you arrive and settle your things into one of the home’s six bedrooms. Three are on the ground level: a king and a bedroom with two pyramid bunks have their own private baths; a bedroom with two single beds is near a full hall bath. The mid-level of the home features three king master bedrooms, each with a private bath and one with access to a private deck. All the bedrooms have been updated with new paint, new bedspreads, artwork, ceiling fans, and Smart TVs. For those on a work vacation, the mid-level home office has everything a digital nomad needs to work remotely, including a new standup desk, 27” monitor with HDMI connection, power hub with 4 USB connections and a new Linksys MESH 6 high-speed wireless internet on all three levels of the home.
Revel in the stunning coastal views revealed from floor-to-ceiling picture windows and a deck that extends off the great room on the top level. Featuring a 14-foot vaulted ceiling, the newly furnished great room is perfect for family camaraderie and conversation. Open and spacious, there can never be too many cooks in the state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen which features a 48-inch refrigerator, six-burner Dacor gas range, two 30-inch ovens, dual dishwashers, built-in steamer, and two microwaves. Make it a group affair and prepare a feast that can be served at an eating area overlooking the ocean with seating for 8, with overflow for four at the breakfast bar, or soundside with another dining room with seating for 10. After dinner, retire to the theater room for movie night, the game room for some competitive entertainment with the new shuffleboard, 55” Smart TV, and 60 game stand up arcade machine (no quarters required) or on one of the home’s multi-level decks to star gaze while the waves roll gently onto the shore. The game room features a wet bar, icemaker, and microwave for those late night cravings. Plot which days you might stroll to the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum or the marinas and shops just across the street. Settle into a chaise lounge chair next to the home’s pool and in-ground hot tub.
