Nestled among olive trees on a hillside, overlooking to a green valley and historic village of Uzumlu. Perched on a quiet, green hillside next to groves of olive trees, this lovely villa is located in the beautiful and historic village of Üzümlü, overlooking a fascinating view of the village’s green plains, forests, mountain tops and stunning sunsets. The gently blowing, fragrant, fresh breeze coupled with the generous sunshine of this location is simply invigorating.
The ruins of the ancient Lycian city of Cadyanda dating back to 3000 BC is a short ride away (4 miles) tucked in the mountains and the village square with its selection of restaurants, groceries, markets and cafes is within walking distance. The village itself is known for its historic stone houses, locally woven textiles and its friendly atmosphere. It is 19 km/12 miles away from the centre of the beautiful resort town of Fethiye, that offers endless choices of fine-dining, entertainment, swimming in world-famous, shimmering turquoise bays of which there are too many to count, water sports, water parks, sailing, trekking, horse-riding, tandem paragliding, cable car, shopping, children’s activities, an amazing flora and fauna, more ancient ruins, tombs and historic villages as well as several open air markets with the most fresh and delicious local produce.
You will find the villa completely cleaned and ready for you to enjoy upon your arrival.
Requests for any extra cleaning before the end of your stay or other requests such as a babysitter, cook, driver, breakfast & dinner, car/motorcycle rental etc. can be facilitated.
We have a water filter system installed under the kitchen sink and it provides great tasting drinking water.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a gourmet dinner. There is an electric oven, gas cooker, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, charcoal barbecue, tea maker, kettle, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, a wide range of pots, dishes, utensils, cooking pots, saucepans, cutlery, cooking oils and condiments.
There will be plenty clean sheets, blankets, cushion covers, towels and bathroom articles for your comfort and convenience.
There is a 55” Samsung Qled smart TV with Netflix, Youtube Premium, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime etc. The wifi is portable so you can move it to any room you want or by the pool, just plug it into a power outlet and it works.
We kindly expect our guests to cover the cost of cleaning for non-reciprocal exchanges which is 60 Euros per stay, all of this goes to the professional cleaners who clean and sanitize the house meticulously before our guests arrive and after they leave.
No smoking, No shoes, No guests, No parties, No loud music is allowed in the villa.
The best and most convenient way of transportation around here is a rental car that you can book online and pick up on your arrival at Dalaman airport and return it there before you fly back home. If you need to get around using public transportation, there are mini-buses that charge a modest fare ($1.50) operating between Üzümlü and the town centre of Fethiye 14 times a day till late night.
