There are multiple walking and bike trails, but the house's biggest advantage is the proximity to Naval Air Station, Downtown Pensacola and Perdido Key Beaches. The Bayou neighborhood is new and quite community of military and growing families, as well as few retirees. The neighborhood is well led and organized, and the house is ideally located next a small park the children and maybe the furry friends.
