Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Nice Big Yard with Heated Pool and Palm Trees. Very spacious home with three bedrooms and two baths. Newly updated and decorated , right in the middle of Pensacola. Very peaceful area. Short drive , about 10 min. to Perdido Beach, Naval Air Station or Downtown. Shopping centers are also close by. You will have great memories here. Bring your whole family including your pet, where they can run around Free with no leash. Fee of $200 will be added for 1 pet, $100 for extra pet. Pets Cannot Swim in the Pool, because of the Liner. Note: Pool is outdoor and can only be heated to a maximum of 10°F above the outside temperature. If it’s below 70°F outside, the heater won’t run.
