There are beautiful ocean views from the large, upper level sun deck as well as from the lower level shade deck. Enjoy coffee on the upper deck while watching the sunrise over the ocean and the porpoise swimming by! You can also take advantage of the bike trail located at the end of the street for your daily exercise. The owner's pride of ownership shows in this home-in addition to recently remodeled bathrooms, there have been many recent flooring and furniture updates as well as a newly tiled kitchen backsplash.
