Summary: Eric was a great host. He communicated with me in the days leading up to my arrival and met me at the property on time. He was very thorough in providing directions for using the boat and shared the history of how he and his dad got the boat. My only disagreement with the experience was Eric’s description of staying on the boat as “glamping.” I would compare it more to tent camping in the state and national parks (hot & humid). He does provide a fan and that helps but that is a tall task to combat the Florida weather in July. If I’m ever in the area during the cooler seasons, I would be happy to stay on the sailboat again.
