Positive: The location was great and the space itself was nice.

Negative: It ended up feeling like we were nickel-and-dimed for everything. The room fee was great, taxes seem high but that's not within their control; then, a $60 cleaning fee, then after all of that they tell us there's a $50 security deposit, then they add on a $50 fee. None of this was mentioned in the booking notes, so it was all added after the fact. At the end of the 1-night stay, we get check-out instructions that we are responsible for cleaning any dishes we used and taking out the trash. The next day, we receive a message saying we would be charged for "excessive pet fur on the furniture" even though our dog wasn't on the furniture. When I reached out with questions, no one returned my message and we were charged another $50 fee. I want to know why i have to pay a security deposit, a cleaning fee, and a pet fee if we have to clean up ourselves and get charged again for having a pet....By the time we were done, we could have stayed at a nice hotel for the same price and none of the issues.

Summary: For the price, I'd pick a hotel next time.
