Recently renovated inside and out, Sanctuary boasts an Italian themed garden covering over a half acre, providing peace and privacy. Featuring an outdoor living space with gazebo, covered patio, outdoor dining, outdoor kitchen, heat lamps, spa, bocce ball court and bag toss. Over 600 feet of lighted pathways weave throughout the backyard, allowing guests to walk amongst the canopy eucalyptus and towering cypress trees.
Inside, guests will find comfort and style with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, a chef's kitchen, enchanting living room, formal room with grand piano, and a formal dining area for 10. Bed's include 2 queens, 1 double, and a California king. Parking is more than ample with space for 2 cars in the garage, 3 in the driveway, and street parking.
