This wonderful 3-bedroom holiday home combines traditional cottage elements with a relaxing modern feel and is only 50m to the Myall River to catch local fish for lunch or to take a relaxing stroll along the waterfront to the local pub, ice-cream shop, ferry to Nelson Bay or Dolphin Watch Cruises, cafes and restaurants.
With a relaxing living area opening onto the wrap around verandah, and huge entertaining deck with BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture, this is the perfect place for a drink or any meal of the day and to boast about the days fishing, golfing, sunning and surfing.
All three bedrooms have French doors opening out onto the lovely shady verandah. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of single bunks (sleeps 4). The house is air-conditioned with 3 reverse cycle units servicing the property. A washing machine and dryer are in the laundry which leads into the newly renovated bathroom.
The property has high ceilings, timber floors and 3 outdoor areas to relax on the expansive wrap around verandah where you can snooze in one of the 2 hammocks, curl up on one of the many couches to read a book or just find a quiet place to escape the day.
The lounge room has a comfy leather couch, a large screen LCD TV, DVD player, Apple TV (own login needed) and Sonos sound system. This modern, well appointed kitchen/indoor dining area is well equipped with all the utensils you could need as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave.
