You can rest assured that exterior security measures are in place to keep you, your family, and your belongings safe. The condo complex has close caption camera monitoring, and our unit and several others nearby have exterior Ring doorbell monitors. Through these security features, you can reach me immediately with any issues you may have accessing the unit or any questions or concerns— but also so that you do not need to be concerned with any unauthorized unit entries while you or your belongings are inside.
The spacious balcony has plenty of room for relaxing or soaking up some rays. A great place to greet the day with coffee or a smoothie and to plan your day of birding, biking, beaching, fishing, shelling, or just relaxing and doing nothing.
