This building was built in 1900 and service Troy as a general store, when we started renovating this building we found up stairs was living quarters for the family { unknown at this time } that owned and ran the store below . as was how they operated in the early years people lived above there business. This was the first loft apartments that our family built years ago and until just recent was long term rent now being offered short term . So come experience living downtown. Once you park you can catch a shuttle to the Troy stadium or shop and eat right downtown just out your front door. Come visit our town , relax and enjoy the attmosphere of downtown living.
