Three miles to Bethany Beach, shops and restaurants close by. This 4 Bedroom, 3 ½ Bath home, located on the Black Bear 9th hole tee box (of the 27-hole Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course) has much to offer. In addition to the spacious bedrooms (2 masters suites) you will be delighted with the Great Room, fully loaded kitchen, and beautiful, scenic screened in porch with gas grill where you can enjoy watching the golfers tee off. The foosball in the garage is sure to be a hit with both kids and adults.
You can also enjoy the convenience of the shuttle bus stop to Bethany Beach, located across the street. We have some beach chair and toys for you to use for your trip. The Amenities fee for the pool/recreation center and beach shuttle is $35 for 3-day and $45 for 7-day pass/each person prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day and $65 for 7-days/each person Memorial Day through Labor Day (prime season), You will need passes for persons over 4 yrs old. We offer a separate linen package from an online linen delivery service. Tenants who desire the linen package can select the desired linens and towels and set it up for delivery and pick up or you can have the bedmaking service provided for $56. The standard package for this rental is $185 for 10-towel sets, 2-kings, 1-double, 1-queen and 3-twins sheet sets to be delivered and picked up. It is up to the tenant to go to the website and order their desired package. Once you book the rental with us please ask us for the rental address information to allow you to book the linens online. 1st Floor
There is a master suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. Two separate family rooms both equipped with televisions. A fully loaded kitchen and dining area, open and bright leads right out to the screen porch and open deck. Half bathroom.
2nd Floor
The 2nd floor consists of a large Master Bedroom and private Bath. Furnished with a King bed, and a large television. The additional two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The first is furnished with 1 twin/double bunk bed and a Queen. The second room is equipped with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have their own televisions.
