The marina is privately owned with plenty of green space to enjoy grilling and dining outside, have some fun with a game of shuffle board. Who knows maybe one of the fun slip renters will join you as you end the day with a bonfire. Walking distance to Historic Downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy or walk down the street to our local pub. Too many local attractions to list. Summary: Never thought of staying ON the water. Was a little nervous when we first arrived because of the movement but it settled and we had no problem. The only thing missing on the houseboat was a full length mirror. I was looking on the back of doors but couldn’t find one. We so enjoyed going on top and watching the wildlife! Very quite and peaceful!
